Hidden pain in the left lower back may be caused by left kidney disease, left urinary tract stone, lumbar spine disease, left lumbar muscle strain and so on.
1. Left kidney disease: left kidney disease such as left nephritis, kidney stones will usually lead to vague pain in the left lower back, and may also have blood in the urine, painful urination, facial and eyelid edema.
