What’s wrong with feeling so many particles in the groin?

A lot of granules felt in the groin are considered to be inguinal lymph nodes. In the normal superficial layers of the body, lymph nodes are only the size of a grain of rice, relatively soft in texture, smooth and movable, and without pressure pain, and can usually be gently palpated with the hand. They are characterized by smooth lymph nodes with clear borders, good mobility, and a medium or soft texture. If the inguinal lymph nodes are enlarged, painful, hard, unsmooth, adherent to surrounding tissues or soft, fluctuating to touch or even broken, it is a warning from the lymph node lesion site. Generally, enlarged inguinal lymph nodes are very common in clinical practice and often indicate lesions in the tissues and organs surrounding the lymph nodes, i.e. lesions of the genital system and organs of the abdominal cavity around the groin, as well as systemic diseases. If only a lot of granules are felt in the groin, it is initially considered a normal lymph node.
