Then repeat in the opposite direction.  5, hand exercise: Parkinson’s patients have many joints in the hands, which are easily affected by muscle stiffness. To address this situation, patients should often straighten the metacarpophalangeal joints, flatten the palm of the hand, you can use one hand to grab the fingers of the other hand to move the pressure in the direction of the back of the hand to prevent metacarpophalangeal deformities. You can also repeatedly practice the finger separation and merging movements. To prevent deformity of the finger joints, you can repeatedly practice the action of making a fist and extending the fingers.  6, lower limb exercise: sit with your feet in a “v” shape, lean your head towards your right leg, between your feet and left leg, and maintain each position for 5-10 seconds.
