Can you get a tetanus shot at a regular clinic?

Whether or not a general clinic can administer tetanus should be determined based on the qualifications of that medical facility. If it does, it can be administered; if it does not, it cannot.
If the clinic is a regular medical institution approved by the state and has the appropriate qualifications, it can generally administer injections such as tetanus antitoxin or tetanus immunoglobulin. If the clinic does not have the appropriate medical qualifications, tetanus injections are not allowed.
Tetanus may cause allergic reaction, before injecting this kind of injection in the clinic, skin test should be carried out to make clear whether the injector has allergy or not, if there is no allergic reaction, then tetanus antitoxin injection can be considered; if there is an allergic reaction, then tetanus immunoglobulin injection can be considered. And after the tetanus injection in the clinic, the person should be observed for half an hour without any adverse reaction before leaving.
If individuals need to have tetanus injection, they should go to regular medical institutions and prepare for the skin test before injection, so as to avoid an allergic reaction during the injection process, which will jeopardize their personal safety.
