Patients who often feel tightness in the chest may have unstable angina. It is recommended that patients can combine coronary CT or coronary angiography to further clarify whether there are serious lesions in the coronary vessels, and for patients with severe stenosis in the coronary vessels, coronary intervention can be combined if necessary. In addition, some menopausal women or people with anxiety and depression are also prone to chest tightness and pain, so such patients can combine psychological counselling treatment with oral antidepressant and anti-anxiety drugs if necessary. The presence of pneumonia or lung occupancy may also cause chest tightness and pain.
