How to treat too much dampness in men’s bodies

Too much dampness in the male body can be treated by taking Chinese medicine. If the dampness is stagnant in the spleen and stomach, it can be treated with Pinggou San; if the dampness and heat are blocked in the middle of the body, it can be treated with Lianpu Drink; if the dampness and heat are injected into the body, it can be treated with Ermiao San.
1. Dampness stagnation in the spleen and stomach (dampness stagnation in the spleen and stomach): This syndrome is caused by dampness-assisted stagnation of qi and disharmony between the spleen and stomach.
Clinical manifestations are fullness in the epigastrium (stomach and abdomen), inappetence, tastelessness, nausea and vomiting, belching (belching), acid swallowing (swallowing the acid in the stomach up to the oropharynx), heaviness of the limbs, idleness and lethargy, and often much self-liberation.
It can be taken as Pinggou San, which dries dampness and transports the spleen, moves Qi and harmonizes the stomach.
2. Damp-heat central obstruction (accumulation of damp and heat evils to form stasis): this syndrome is due to the internalization of damp-heat and derangement of the elevation of the spleen and the stomach, with the clinical manifestations of nausea and vomiting, thirst without desire to drink, heartburn, drowning and redness, and diarrhea.
It can be treated with Lian Pu Drink, which clears away heat and resolves dampness, regulates qi and neutralizes the middle (regulating the qi of the spleen and stomach to make the spleen and stomach function smoothly).
3. Dampness-heat infiltration (Dampness and heat evils invade the intestines, bladder, pubic area, lower limbs, etc.): This syndrome is due to dampness-heat infiltration in the lower jiao, infiltrating the meridians and joints.
Clinical manifestations include pain in the tendons and bones, or impotence and weakness of both feet, or redness, swelling and pain in the feet and knees, or damp-heat bandhas, or wet sores in the lower part. You can take the Ermiao San treatment, clearing heat and drying dampness.
Men’s body dampness is too heavy to take Chinese medicine, such as the need for treatment, should be identified by a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner, not self-medication, to avoid adverse consequences.
