There is no such thing as 5 signs of syphilis in women. Clinical manifestations commonly include symptoms such as hard chancre, sclerosing lymphadenitis, syphilis rash, flat warts and gumboid swelling.
1. Hard chancre and sclerosing lymphadenitis: Typical manifestations of stage I syphilis, early syphilis in women commonly involves the appearance of painless ulcers with cartilaginous hardness when touched on the labia majora and minora, labial tie, perineum and cervix, i.e., hard chancre, which is characterized by the presence of a plasma secretion on the surface, and which is highly contagious.
Painless enlargement of the lymph nodes near the lesions may also occur. It may subside without treatment.
2. Syphilitic rash and flat warts: the typical manifestation of stage ll syphilis, the specific manifestation is that the whole body appears spots, papules and pustular syphilitic rash, in addition, in the perianal area, perineum, genital area can be seen in the flesh-red or pink, flat papules or plaques, the surface of the vesicles, wet or mildly crusted, that is, flat warts. It can also subside after a period of time without treatment.
3. Gumboid swelling: a typical manifestation of Ill stage syphilis, often in the calf and other parts of the gumboid swelling, in addition to some patients may appear eyes, bones, cardiovascular and nervous system syphilis lesions.
Of course, not all syphilis will have clinical manifestations, the detection of syphilis need to be screened through the syphilis serology test, not based on clinical symptoms of their own judgment.
