What are the local clinical manifestations of fractures?

What is a fracture? A fracture is a break in the integrity or continuity of the bone. What are the local clinical signs of a fracture? 1. Pain and pressure pain. 2. Local swelling and ecchymosis. 3. Functional impairment. 4. Deformity. 5.Paradoxical activity. 6. Bone rubbing sound or bone rubbing sensation. 4, 5, 6 are the characteristic signs of fracture, and the presence of any one of the three can determine the fracture. X-rays are generally required after the injury to make a preliminary determination of the injury. It is a common examination method in orthopedics and an important and indispensable test for fractures. However, due to its limitations, there are some parts of the injury that are difficult to diagnose by ordinary X-rays. Therefore, CT examination is necessary, especially for complex fractures or injuries in deep areas. The current CT three-dimensional imaging technology can be displayed in three dimensions and plays a major role in disease diagnosis. MRI, on the other hand, is completely different from other imaging techniques. It is harmless to the human body and is mainly used to understand the pathological changes in soft tissues. For example, spinal cord injury, knee meniscus and ligament injury, joint cartilage injury, etc. It has unique advantages in diagnosis.
