Urine protein 1+ suggests proteinuria, which is divided into physiologic and pathologic. Physiological does not need renal puncture; pathological may need renal puncture.
1. Physiological: proteinuria may occur after strenuous exercise, fever, low-temperature environment, consuming a large amount of high-protein food, and will usually return to normal after removing related factors, and generally do not need renal puncture.
2. Pathological: including membranous nephropathy, diabetic nephropathy, IgA nephropathy, etc. Proteinuria caused by pathology is usually more serious, and may need renal puncture examination to clarify the type of pathology to guide the treatment.
