The examination of heart failure includes routine examination, examination of cardiac ultrasound and ejection fraction examination. 1. Routine examination: electrocardiogram, chest X-ray, biomarker examination, the typical cardiac marker of heart failure is BNP, i.e. B-type brain natriuretic peptide examination, which is carried out in many hospitals. 2. Cardiac ultrasound examination: cardiac ultrasound examination can have a comprehensive understanding of the evaluation of the systolic and diastolic functions of the heart. 3. Ejection fraction examination: Measurement of the patient’s ejection fraction, also known as EF value, can be measured by cardiac ultrasound, and as long as the EF value is less than 50%, the presence of heart failure can be determined. If the patient needs to check whether there is heart failure, it is recommended to go to the hospital, consult the relevant doctors, and conduct the examination under the guidance of doctors.
