Regarding the two (+) signs of urinary occult blood, there are several common causes. The first condition is the occurrence of chronic nephritis or occult glomerulonephritis and acute glomerulonephritis, which requires treatment with glucocorticoids combined with immunosuppressants in mild cases, and if accompanied by abnormal renal function, it requires the use of renal replacement therapy such as hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis. The second case combined with urinary tract infection, stone or malignant tumor, etc., it is treated with antibiotic anti-infection treatment if infection is present. If stones are present, extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy or drug lithotripsy or even ureteroscopic lithotripsy will be used. If it is a malignant tumor of the kidney, it needs to be surgically removed. Special infections such as urinary tuberculosis can also present with two (+) signs of occult blood and require anti-TB treatment.
