Dizziness in advanced stage of liver cancer is mainly due to pathological reasons, such as malnutrition, cerebrovascular disease or extrahepatic metastasis. 1. Malnutrition: patients with advanced stage of liver cancer will suffer from malnutrition and decrease in physical strength, etc. Patients will lose weight because of long-term consumption of nutrients, and even suffer from anemia in combination with jaundice and coagulation dysfunction, leading to dizziness and low blood pressure. 2. Cerebrovascular disease: patients may have high blood pressure and other diseases, which can be judged according to the results of the examination, and high blood pressure will lead to dizziness, vertigo, nausea, vomiting and so on. 3. Extra-hepatic metastasis: mainly including bone metastasis, lung metastasis, brain metastasis and several other cases. If patients have dizziness, projectile vomiting and clinical symptoms manifested as intracranial hypertension, they need to undergo head CT or nuclear magnetic examination to decide whether there is brain metastasis. If patients with advanced stage of liver cancer have dizziness, it is suggested that they should find out the cause in time and treat the cause to avoid delaying the condition and causing irreparable damage to themselves.
