The main ingredient of Semicarb is montmorillonite, an off-white powder or fine yellowish powder, which is mainly used for the treatment of acute and chronic diarrhea in adults and children. The usage for children is up to 1 year old, 1 sachet/day in 3 oral doses; 1-2 years old, 1-2 sachets/day in 3 oral doses; over 2 years old, 2-3 sachets/day in 3 oral doses. Pour the product into half a cup of warm water (about 50ml) and mix it well and finish it quickly. It is recommended to take it orally on an empty stomach, i.e. no other food or medicine for at least 1 hour before and after taking Simethicone, in order to protect the gastrointestinal mucosa and prevent dehydration.
