How to treat diffuse plaque with severe stenosis in the proximal mid-section

Diffuse plaques with severe stenosis in the proximal mid-portion can be treated by medication, intervention and surgery.
1. Drugs: For severe stenosis of proximal intermediate diffuse plaque, anti-platelet aggregation drugs such as aspirin enteric-coated tablets can be given as prescribed by the doctor, and drugs such as atorvastatin calcium can also be given as prescribed by the doctor to stabilize the plaque.
2. Interventional therapy: If the diffuse plaque stenosis is more than 70%, percutaneous intracoronary intervention is usually needed to improve myocardial blood supply, and long-term oral medication is still needed after the operation.
3. Surgery: If the mid-range diffuse plaque stenosis is severe, it can be treated by surgery, i.e. coronary artery bypass grafting, according to the specific conditions of the patient.
If near-mid diffuse plaque with severe stenosis, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time to avoid delaying the condition and causing other damages.
