Generally, moderate heatstroke shows a lot of sweating, body temperature rises to 38 degrees or more, pallor, drop in blood pressure, rapid heartbeat and so on. Severe heatstroke can lead to pyrexia or heat exhaustion, requiring immediate medical attention.
