Solutions for scarring alopecia

Scarring alopecia can be caused by a variety of reasons, the cause should be clarified and treated for the primary disease, and the scarred area that has formed can be improved by hair transplantation.
Common causes of scarring alopecia include physical injuries, chemical injuries, infections, inflammatory skin diseases, and skin tumors. Scarring alopecia due to physical injuries such as electric shock, burns and chemical injuries such as strong acids and alkalis can only be treated by surgery, which includes simple follicular transplantation, simple excision implantation, and soft tissue skin expansion.
Scarring alopecia due to tinea capitis and discoid lupus erythematosus can only be treated by surgery. In addition to surgical treatment, treatment should also be directed at the primary disease, e.g., tinea capitis should be treated with antifungal drugs such as itraconazole and terbinafine, and discoid lupus erythematosus should be treated with drugs such as hydroxychloroquine and prednisone.
All drugs should be used under the guidance of medical professionals to avoid adverse reactions.
