Varicella simplex vaccine refers to live attenuated varicella vaccine, which is mainly indicated for vaccination of varicella susceptible persons above 12 months of age (i.e. 1 year) without contraindications.
Varicella attenuated live vaccine, 1 year of age or older can be vaccinated. However, the contraindication groups should be clearly defined before vaccination, for women in pregnancy, allergic to vaccine components, progressive neurological diseases, acute diseases, severe chronic diseases or chronic diseases with acute onset of fever and fever, immune function abnormalities and other contraindications for varicella vaccination, regardless of age, should not be vaccinated.
Before receiving varicella vaccine, one should carefully read the information related to vaccination and take the initiative to inform the vaccinators of one’s own condition, and if there are contraindications, one should not be vaccinated.
