A study from the Chinese Journal of Rheumatology showed that a single intrathecal injection of recombinant human type II tumor necrosis factor receptor-antibody fusion protein (rhTN FR:Fc) was safe and effective in spondyloarthritis (SpA and rheumatoid arthritis (RA) knee arthritis, and that the reduction in synovial thickness was greater in the SpA knee than in the RA knee.
