1. After inguinal lymph node dissection, the lymphatic tissue around the vessels is completely removed. The femoral artery, vein and femoral nerve are revealed. 2. Transfer suture muscle to cover and protect the main structures such as revealed vascular nerves to prevent postoperative injury. 3. The complete specimen resected by lymph node dissection, the central one is the lymph node positive for tumor cell metastasis. 4. One month later the patient is followed up for wound healing.
