During the recovery process of arm fracture, there is no need to deliberately eat special food to promote fracture healing, but the following points need to be noted: 1. balanced nutrition: supplement food containing high protein such as: milk, meat, eggs, nuts, fresh vegetables and fruits; 2. avoid spicy and stimulating food: because of the reduced activity after fracture, eating spicy and stimulating food can aggravate the patient’s loss of appetite or affect their digestive function; 3. other: appropriate exercise, rehabilitation training, and usually should be more sunshine to promote calcium absorption.
