Neurotic tinnitus is the body without external stimulation conditions, produce abnormal sound sensation. Tinnitus nervosa can usually be treated with methylcobalamin tablets, a nerve nourishing drug.
Methylcobalamin is endogenous vitamin B12, usually found in the blood and medullary fluid. It is used to treat megaloblastic anemia caused by vitamin B12 deficiency, has a favorable improvement in neuronal conduction, and is also used in peripheral neuropathy. Tinnitus nervosa usually needs to be combined with oral medications to improve microcirculation and promote circulation in the inner ear.
Adverse effects of the drug are occasionally seen as rash, feeling of fever, headache and sweating. The safety of the drug in pregnant and breastfeeding women is not known.
If tinnitus is present, the medication needs to be taken under the supervision of a clinician to avoid delays.
