Can you take methylcobalamin tablets for tinnitus?

Neurotic tinnitus is the body without external stimulation conditions, produce abnormal sound sensation. Tinnitus nervosa can usually be treated with methylcobalamin tablets, a nerve nourishing drug.
Methylcobalamin is endogenous vitamin B12, usually found in the blood and medullary fluid. Tinnitus nervosa usually needs to be combined with oral medications to improve microcirculation and promote circulation in the inner ear.
Adverse effects of the drug are occasionally seen as rash, feeling of fever, headache and sweating. The safety of the drug in pregnant and breastfeeding women is not known.
