Liver section is normal in size and shape, smooth surface, diffuse internal echo enhancement and attenuation in the middle and posterior segments suggests the presence of fatty liver, acute liver injury or chronic liver disease. 1. Fatty liver: Fatty liver ultrasonography shows that the anterior echogenicity of the liver is enhanced, the posterior echogenicity is attenuated, the structure of intrahepatic bile ducts is not clear, and the echogenicity is diffusely enhanced. For the treatment of fatty liver, first of all, we should pay attention to the reasonable diet, adhere to the appropriate exercise, reduce weight, can be recovered. 2. Acute liver injury: Acute liver injury is commonly caused by the use of drugs, viral infections, etc. Ultrasound shows that the liver has diffuse echogenic enhancement, which needs to be evaluated according to the test of hepatitis B 5 and transaminase level to assess the causes of acute liver injury and then be treated. 3. Chronic liver disease: Chronic liver disease can also lead to attenuation of posterior echogenicity of the liver, diffuse echogenicity enhancement, and thickening of spot reflections, which need to be detected and handled as early as possible. It is recommended to consult the gastroenterology department of a regular hospital if the above abnormal ultrasound manifestations of the liver are detected.
