There is no authoritative evidence that patchouli zhengqi water has a therapeutic effect on infantile eczema. Patchouli zhengqi water can be taken internally to treat colds and flu caused by feeling wind-cold and dampness stagnation within the body. Pouli Xiang Zheng Qi Shui is composed of Angelica dahurica, patchouli oil, raw half-summer, atractylodes macrocephala, dahabu dermatophyte, perilla leaf oil and so on, which can play a role in regulating qi and zhongzhong (regulating the qi of the spleen and stomach, so as to make the function of the spleen and stomach smooth), dispelling dampness and relieving the effect of the surface. It has therapeutic effects on dizziness, headache, nausea, vomiting, chest tightness, abdominal distension, vomiting and diarrhea caused by wind-cold combined with internal dampness. The drug needs to be taken orally and the adverse effects and contraindications are not exact. Infants and young children with eczema need to seek medical attention in a timely manner, and should not use the drug arbitrarily to delay the condition. The use of patchouli requires medical guidance and assistance.
