How to get the hepatitis B antibody shot

The hepatitis B antibody shot, as the patient calls it, is what is clinically known as the hepatitis B vaccine. For the hepatitis B vaccination, patients need to receive the second injection of hepatitis B vaccine one month after the first injection, and then the third injection of hepatitis B vaccine in six months, after three injections of hepatitis B vaccine. After three doses of hepatitis B vaccine, the patient’s body will produce hepatitis B surface antibodies, and after the formation of hepatitis B surface antibodies, the body will form a self-immune protection mechanism, and the patient’s chance of contracting chronic viral hepatitis B will be greatly reduced. Patients should pay attention to regular blood tests for the hepatitis B system, if the hepatitis B system suggests that the hepatitis B surface antigen is negative and the hepatitis B surface antibody is negative, it is recommended that patients get the hepatitis B vaccine. However, for patients who are positive for hepatitis B surface antigen, it is recommended that the patient be actively treated first and that he cannot be vaccinated for the time being. In addition, if the patient’s hepatitis B triple system indicates a small triple positive, the patient is a patient with viral hepatitis B, but there is no viral replication. If there is no liver function damage, the patient can be further observed. However, if the patient later suggests major triple-positive, further blood sampling of hepatitis B DNA and liver function, suggesting viral replication later, the patient needs active antiviral treatment.
