Cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage are relatively common cerebrovascular accident diseases in clinical practice, among which cerebral infarction occupies the majority of cerebrovascular accident diseases. In clinical practice, cerebral infarction can be divided into acute phase, recovery phase and sequelae phase, and the recovery phase of cerebral infarction is generally defined clinically as 2 weeks to 6 months after the acute attack of cerebral infarction, and some people think that the recovery phase of cerebral infarction should be within 1 year after the onset of cerebral infarction. In the recovery period of cerebral infarction, patients are mainly given the corresponding symptomatic support treatment, such as improving the symptoms related to dizziness, headache, numbness of limbs and speech disorders. In addition, patients should be given rehabilitation treatment as early as possible during the recovery period of cerebral infarction, such as the use of acupuncture and physiotherapy of traditional Chinese medicine, to promote the recovery of limb functions as much as possible. During the treatment of patients in the recovery phase of cerebral infarction, patients should be given corresponding basic disease treatment, such as controlling patients’ blood sugar and blood pressure and giving appropriate lipid-lowering medications. At the same time, patients should be given secondary prevention measures for cerebral infarction after the recovery period, including controlling patients’ blood glucose, blood pressure, blood lipids and improving patients’ dietary structure.
