Can you get breast nodules from taking Darvon 35?

Dayin 35 is the trade name for the generic name ethinyl estradiol cyproterone tablets, an estrogen-progestogen combination. There are no studies that clearly indicate that you can get breast nodules from taking this medication.
Ethinyl estradiol cyproterone tablets are mainly indicated for oral contraception, treatment of androgen-dependent disorders in women such as acne, androgenetic alopecia in women, mild hirsutism, and hyperandrogenic manifestations in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. The action of estrogen and progesterone may cause breast manifestations such as tenderness, pain, enlargement, and secretion, but there are no studies demonstrating that it can lead to the development of breast nodules.
This drug is contraindicated in people with present or previous arteriovenous thrombotic, thromboembolic disease; pancreatitis associated with hypertriglyceridemia; present or previous severe liver disease, benign or malignant tumors of the liver, malignant tumors affected by steroid hormones; undiagnosed vaginal bleeding; known or suspected pregnancy, breastfeeding women; people who are allergic to the drug.
In addition to breast symptoms, headache, migraine, nausea, vomiting, rash, erythema nodosum and other adverse reactions may occur after use of the drug.
