There are three major clinical manifestations of acute hepatitis, each with slightly different symptoms, as follows: 1. Gastrointestinal symptoms: including loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea; 2. Systemic symptoms: generalized weakness, lethargy, mental discomfort, dizziness, insomnia, etc.; 3. Discomfort in the liver or spleen area: discomfort such as swelling and pain in the left and right hypochondrium; 4. Abnormalities in related tests: such as abnormal biochemical indicators, patients with viral hepatitis may have virological abnormalities. There may also be imaging abnormalities, such as ultrasound may suggest enlargement of the liver and spleen, etc.
