Why I’m tired of sitting after lung nodule surgery

Sitting tired after having lung nodule surgery may be caused by surgical trauma, nutritional deficiencies, and insufficient rest.
1. Surgical trauma, is the most common cause. Even if thoracoscopic surgery is performed, although it causes less trauma, the removal of pulmonary nodules will still have some impact on the lung tissue as well as lung function. Insufficient oxygen supply after the decline in lung function can then lead to conscious exertion.
2. Nutritional deficiencies, post-operative nutrition needs to be strengthened to promote immunity and recovery of body functions. Failure to replenish nutrition in time may lead to fatigue as the body consumes energy for recovery.
3. Insufficient rest. Post-operative pain can lead to poor sleep, which affects energy recovery and leads to fatigue.
Specific causes need to be clarified after medical examination, and treatment can be carried out according to the doctor’s instructions.
