The BI-RADS grading is an artificially differentiated grade for the way in which breast nodules are subsequently treated. Grade 4 is only a suspected malignancy, with a higher likelihood of malignancy only than grade 3, not a malignant tumor. Firstly, if the pathological examination is benign, cure can be achieved through traditional surgery or minimally invasive surgery. Secondly, if it is no longer a benign tumor and has not yet reached malignant lesion, the surgery needs to be expanded and regular postoperative review can achieve the purpose of cure. Again, if the pathological examination can confirm the diagnosis of malignant tumor, the cure rate varies by doing the corresponding treatment plan after assessing the staging, for example, in situ cancer, which can basically be cured by surgery. The cure rate of early stage breast cancer is about 90%, the cure rate of middle stage breast cancer is about 80%, the cure rate of locally advanced breast cancer is about 50%, and the cure rate of advanced breast cancer may be less than 20%, which will increase every year with the improvement of current medical level.
