Risk factors for recurrence of febrile convulsions?

  Recurrence occurs in 1/3 of children diagnosed with febrile convulsions, with more than half of the recurrences occurring within 1 year of the first episode and 90% within 2 years.  Risk factors for recurrence are: 1. History of febrile convulsions in first-degree relatives. 2.  2, the first febrile convulsions fever is low.  3, the first febrile convulsions in the same heat course more than 2 episodes.
