Shenxiang Huqi Pill contains Shenxiang and Xiangshu in vinegar which can regulate qi and dredge the liver; Muxiang, licorice, Chenpi, Sha Ren, and Liu Shenqu can eliminate food and strengthen the spleen; and Curcuma longa in vinegar can regulate qi, eliminate blood stasis and eliminate food. The combination of various medicines can eliminate food and harmonize the stomach, and regulate the liver and qi.
Shenxiang Huqi Pill can be used clinically for the treatment of stomach and epigastric distension, chest tightness and plumpness (stomach distension and discomfort), not wanting to eat, acid reflux, belching (burping) and so on after liver and stomach qi stagnation. The adverse reactions and contraindications of Shenxiang Huayi Pill are not exact, it is not suitable for those with spleen and stomach yin deficiency, pregnant women should be cautious, and if the symptoms are not relieved after taking it for 3 days, it is necessary to consult a doctor in time.
