Efficacy of incense in water

Incense has the effect of promoting qi and relieving pain (by regulating the body’s qi to relieve pain), but the efficacy of brewing water to drink is limited, and should be used reasonably in accordance with medical advice. Sinking incense is the resin-containing wood of the Ruixiang family of plants, belonging to the Chinese herbal medicine, sinking incense flavor pungent, bitter, slightly warm nature. It belongs to the spleen meridian, stomach meridian, kidney meridian. It has the functions of moving qi to relieve pain, holding qi and calming asthma (astringing qi to relieve coughing and wheezing), and warming and stopping vomiting (treating vomiting caused by stomach cold by warming the spleen and stomach). Shenxiang can be used for the treatment of vomiting and hiccups caused by stomach cold, chest and abdominal pain and distension, and asthma caused by kidney deficiency and qi reversal. Shen Xiang can be used as a decoction to be taken internally, or as a ground juice. It is difficult to achieve the therapeutic effect with a limited effective dose of sedum in water. People with qi deficiency and yin deficiency and fire need to be careful with the use of incense.
