Chest pain occurs when lifting the left hand. In cases where the pain in the chest is related to the movement, it is usually more common to have problems with the soft tissues or bones of the chest. If there is a clear history of trauma to the chest, such as moving something heavy, or being hit by something, crush injury, or car accident injury, there is usually an injury to the soft tissues of the chest. If it is serious, it may lead to rib or sternal fracture, and it is generally recommended to go to the hospital to check the local chest film, which can basically confirm the diagnosis. In addition, there may be a sterile inflammation around the chest, such as gladiolitis, thoracic costochondritis, and so on. If these inflammations are more severe, there will also be localized skin flushing, increased skin temperature and other symptoms of redness, swelling and heat pain.
