Normal fallopian tubes are open on both the right and left sides. Congenital physiological defects, pathologic causes, etc. can lead to fallopian tube incompatibility. Normal fallopian tubes are a pair of muscular tubes that extend from the uterus to the right and left ovaries to transport egg cells into the uterus. The patency of the fallopian tubes is essential for natural conception. When congenital physical defects such as missing tubes or tubes that are too thin are present, the tubes may be either unilaterally or bilaterally inaccessible. Pathologic causes such as tuberculous salpingitis, hydrosalpinx, and endometriosis may cause tubal incompetence. If tubal impassability exists, it is recommended to consult the doctor in time and receive standardized treatment under the doctor’s guidance to avoid delaying the condition.
