Sensory impairment of both lower limbs and perineum, this sensory and motor impairment can start from one side and gradually spread to the opposite side: third, sphincter dysfunction, mainly manifested as dysuria, urinary retention, urinary and fecal incontinence, and impotence can also occur in men.
