One up heartbeat fast lying down slower can be divided into physiological and pathological factors, pathological factors common postural hypotension, coronary heart disease, lower extremity venous valve closure insufficiency, etc..
1. Physiological factors: under normal physiological conditions, when a person changes from lying down to standing up, the body’s oxygen consumption increases, and the sympathetic excitability increases, so there will be a faster heart rate performance.
2. Pathologic factors:
(1) postural hypotension: when changing from lying down to standing up, if the speed of changing position is too fast, the blood pressure is difficult to be adjusted in place within a short period of time, resulting in temporary low blood pressure, leading to insufficient blood supply to the brain, in order to increase the blood supply to the brain, the heart will reflexively speed up the beat to supply blood, and thus the heart rate will be accelerated.
(2) Coronary artery disease: some patients with coronary artery disease have an increase in oxygen consumption when they go from a lying position to a standing position, while the patient’s myocardial ischemia and myocardial contractility are weaker, so it will cause a compensatory increase in heart rate to meet the needs of the body’s blood supply and oxygenation.
(3) Lower extremity venous valve closure insufficiency: lower extremity venous valve closure insufficiency in the standing position, blood accumulation in the ankles, feet and so on on the low-hanging parts of the circulating blood volume is relatively reduced, the heart rate is accelerated, lying down the blood volume is relatively more, the heart rate slows down.
If the patient has a fast heart rate in the standing position and a slow heart rate in the lying position, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time to find out the cause and treat it actively.
