If ovulation is normal, you will still ovulate even though you have tofu-like leucorrhea during ovulation. Tofu-like leucorrhea indicates a local inflammatory reaction in the vagina, such as vulvovaginal pseudomonal yeast disease caused by Candida albicans infection or vaginal inflammation caused by Escherichia coli infection, both of which may lead to the phenomenon of tofu-like leucorrhea. However, ovulation is a localized change in the ovaries that occurs when a follicle matures and then ruptures to expel an egg, so it is not directly related to inflammation of the vagina. If this abnormal leucorrhea occurs, the appropriate examination should be given and according to the results clinical treatment should be given. The normal leucorrhea during ovulation is like egg white, no odor or a faint fishy smell, and a good degree of lacrimation, which is normal leucorrhea, but other leucorrhea that occurs during ovulation, such as like tofu sludge, is abnormal.
