Men often sweat may be lung qi deficiency or yin deficiency fire or spleen phlegm and dampness caused by the need to identify and treat according to the specific symptoms, symptomatic medication.
1. Lung qi deficiency: the lungs are in charge of the skin and hair, and the main qi division respiration (in charge of respiratory function). When lung qi is weak, the pores (pores) open and close abnormally, the symptoms of frequent sweating will occur. It can also be accompanied by profuse sweating, shortness of breath, fatigue, chest tightness and other symptoms.
Treatment is based on benefiting the qi and tonifying the lungs.
2. Yin deficiency and fire exuberance: Night sweating (abnormal sweating after going to sleep and stopping after waking up) can often be seen, which refers to the body sweating at night or when falling asleep.
In addition, there may be symptoms such as thirst, five heart-heat (heat in the hearts of the hands and feet, and self-consciousness of the heart and chest), and so on. Treatment is based on nourishing Yin and clearing heat.
3. Spleen deficiency, phlegm-dampness: the spleen is the source of phlegm, and the lungs are the storage of phlegm. When spleen qi is deficient, the metabolism of water and liquid is out of order, resulting in phlegm-dampness in the body, and phlegm-dampness blocks the normal operation of qi and blood, resulting in abnormal sweating in the body. Treatment should be based on resolving phlegm and removing dampness, strengthening the spleen and enhancing qi.
When abnormal sweating occurs, it is recommended to go to a professional Chinese medicine department for consultation and use medication as prescribed by the doctor, rather than taking oral Chinese medicine on your own.
