When someone is found to have suddenly fainted, pat the patient’s shoulders with both hands and call the patient. Call for help, immediately call other medical personnel to help resuscitation, determine respiration, heartbeat, touch the carotid artery, while observing the rise and fall of the chest, if the heartbeat and respiration stop, immediately perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation, record the resuscitation time. External chest compressions, untie the collar, remove the pillow and lie flat on a hard bed, perform 30 external chest compressions, the site is the midpoint of the line between the two nipples, the depth is 5-6 cm of sternal depression, the frequency is 100-120 times/min. Open the airway and clear the airway, using the supine jaw lift method to open the airway. Artificial respiration was performed using the EC maneuver and ventilated twice with a simple respirator. Continuous cardiopulmonary resuscitation with chest compressions to artificial respiration ratio of 30:2 is performed week after week until resuscitation. Judgment, carotid artery pulsation could be palpated, resumption of spontaneous breathing, successful CPR, continued advanced life support and collation of supplies.
