Dance therapy is a type of psychotherapy that utilizes dance or improvisational movement to treat social, emotional, cognitive disorders and physical illnesses and to change people’s minds. Dance can not only exercise the body, but also express thoughts and emotions, and then adjust and improve the mood, which is a therapeutic method of physical and mental integration. As a therapeutic method of integrating mind and body, it is more suitable for patients with certain psychosomatic diseases and insomnia. Precautions in dance therapy: (1) Dance rhythm selection.
