Painful underarm bumps may be caused by enlarged lymph nodes, folliculitis and sebaceous cysts.
1. Enlarged lymph nodes: most often seen in the body with serious infections, inflammatory factors invade the local lymph nodes can appear lymph node enlargement, pain.
