What to do if you have increased texture in both lungs

Increased texture in both lungs can be seen in physiologic factors, such as pregnant women or infants who may show thickening of the pulmonary texture due to strong pulsatile pulmonary arteries, as well as in diseases such as chronic bronchitis and pulmonary edema. The causes are different and the treatments are different. 1. Physiological phenomenon: Pregnant women or infants may show thickening of pulmonary texture because of strong pulsatile pulmonary arteries. 2. Pathologic factors: (1) Chronic bronchitis: Chronic bronchitis belongs to a kind of chronic airway inflammatory disease, which can cause increased texture in both lungs. If chronic bronchitis is caused by smoking, it is necessary to quit smoking and pay attention to keeping warm to prevent recurrent infection and aggravation of the disease. The general use of aminobromine and other cough and phlegm medication, with asthma can be added with antispasmodic and asthma drugs, such as aminophylline. (2) Pulmonary edema: Pulmonary edema may occur as a result of increased lung texture due to widening of the bronchial and perivascular lumens and lobar intervals of the lung tissue. Pulmonary edema is usually caused by left heart failure, and should be kept in sitting or semi-recumbent position as much as possible, while using digoxin to strengthen the heart, furosemide or spironolactone for diuresis, and nitroglycerin to dilate blood vessels and other treatments. Increased texture in both lungs can also be caused by other diseases, and it is recommended that the patient go to a regular hospital in time to clarify the cause of the disease and be given the appropriate treatment under the guidance of the doctor, so as to avoid delaying the condition.
