What’s wrong with pinching your ears?

Pinched ear pain can be considered to be related to external ear injury, external ear canal boils, and acute diffuse otitis externa disease.
1. External ear injury: If the local soft tissue of the ear is swollen due to trauma such as squeezing or collision, the symptom of ear pinching pain will occur.
2. External auditory canal boil: It is a limited purulent inflammation caused by bacterial invasion of the hair follicles or sebaceous glands of the external auditory canal. During the onset of the disease, the local skin of the external auditory canal will appear red, swollen and painful. When pinching the ear and squeezing the inflamed area, it will cause pain.
3. Acute diffuse otitis externa: it is an inflammatory disease caused by bacteria and other pathogens infecting the skin of the external auditory canal, resulting in diffuse redness and swelling of the skin of the external auditory canal, the external auditory canal can accumulate secretions, the lymph nodes around the ear are swollen and painful, and there is pressure and pain on the ear screen and traction pain in the auricle, so pinching the ear will have a painful feeling.
