Can potatoes and eggs be poisoned if eaten together?

Under normal circumstances, potatoes and eggs do not cause poisoning when consumed together. Potatoes and eggs are two very common foods, and there is no chemical reaction between them. If there is nothing wrong with the two foods themselves, there will be no adverse reactions when they are consumed together. If there is a problem with potatoes or eggs, poisoning can occur when consumed together or separately. For example, if potatoes are sprouted or undercooked, they contain the toxic ingredient lobotropin, which can lead to poisoning if they are not heated sufficiently to completely destroy the toxin, often resulting in headaches, dizziness, numbness of the mouth and tongue, and gastrointestinal discomfort.
