Liver cancer with ascites and swollen feet is not serious enough.

Ascites and peduncles of liver cancer indicate that the condition has been more serious and developed to the advanced stage of liver cancer. Ascites and edema of liver cancer often indicate that the patient’s condition has progressed, the tumor has metastasized and the general condition is poor. There are many reasons for ascites and edema of liver cancer, such as metastasis of liver cancer to portal vein, which obstructs blood reflux, resulting in accumulation of fluid in peritoneal cavity and edema of lower limbs; malnutrition and malignant disease of liver cancer patients lead to decrease of albumin in body, which results in collection of water in blood vessels into tissue interstices, thus leading to ascites and edema of feet. Hepatocellular carcinoma ascites peduncle can be alleviated by supplementing nutrition, infusing albumin, spironolactone and furosemide diuretic, etc., but in general the treatment effect of carcinoma ascites is not very good and the treatment is more difficult. Patients with liver cancer ascites pedunculated should go to the hospital in time and under the guidance of doctors to help reduce symptoms and improve the quality of life.
