Cerebral edema, right hemiplegia, what to do?

Treatment of right hemiplegia with cerebral edema includes drug treatment, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, surgery, rehabilitation training and so on.
1. Drug treatment: such as using osmotic dehydrating agents such as mannitol, diuretics such as furosemide, etc. to promote the entry of water into the bloodstream from the brain tissue and reduce cerebral edema, thus improving hemiplegia.
2. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT): Increase the oxygen content in the blood through HBOT to improve the hypoxia of brain tissues, inhibit nerve cell damage, improve blood circulation of brain tissues, treat cerebral edema, and improve hemiplegia.
3. Surgery: treating cerebral edema through surgical methods such as temporalis muscle or large bone flap decompression surgery to improve hemiplegia.
4. Rehabilitation training: Improve the dysfunction of hemiplegic patients through joint mobility training, muscle strength training, sensory training, balance training and other rehabilitation training methods.
Patients with cerebral edema and right hemiplegia should seek medical treatment in time and under the guidance of doctors, so as to avoid delaying the condition and causing adverse consequences.
