Patients with invasive lung adenocarcinoma stage 1a2 usually do not need chemotherapy. If the size of the tumor is greater than 1cm and less than or equal to 2cm, and at the same time there is no metastasis of lymph nodes or metastasis to distant organs, it belongs to stage 1a2, which is the early stage of lung cancer. For patients with invasive lung adenocarcinoma stage 1a2, the tumor tissue can be removed by surgery, and the possibility of being able to remove it completely is very high, and chemotherapy is usually not needed. However, regular review is needed after surgery, and chemotherapy needs to be considered if symptoms of recurrence or metastasis appear after surgery. Patients diagnosed with stage 1a2 invasive lung adenocarcinoma should go to the hospital for consultation and active treatment in order to obtain a better prognosis.
