Tofu-like leucorrhea during pregnancy

Leukorrhea during pregnancy may be due to mycosis fungoides infection. Due to the dysbiosis of vaginal flora and pH change during pregnancy, it is easy to have abnormal proliferation of pseudomycotic yeast in the vagina, leading to the onset of mycosis vaginalis. The main manifestations of mycosis are bean curd or cheese-like leucorrhea, itchy vulva, increased vaginal discharge, burning pain in the vulva and painful urination. Since oral antifungal drugs cannot be used for mycosis during pregnancy, topical vaginal medications such as clotrimazole and miconazole nitrate are usually used to inhibit the growth and reproduction of mycobacteria. However, local medication can easily lead to recurrence of the disease, so after treatment, you need to go to the hospital for regular follow-up and review. In addition to drug treatment, patients should keep the vulva clean and dry, wash the vulva with warm water every day, try to wear cotton, breathable underwear, and timely replacement; pay attention to avoid staying up late, do not eat chili peppers and other spicy stimulating food.
