Can normal sinus CT+nasopharyngeal CT+nasal endoscopy+EBV test rule out nasopharyngeal cancer?

Sinus CT+nasopharyngeal CT+nasal endoscopy+EBV examination is normal, nasopharyngeal cancer cannot be completely excluded, biopsy is needed to exclude nasopharyngeal cancer. Nasopharyngeal cancer is a malignant tumor with high incidence rate in ear, nose and throat, and its typical symptoms are blood in nasal mucus, tinnitus, hearing loss, headache, etc., accompanied by progressive dyspnea and nasal congestion in the late stage. Nasopharyngeal carcinoma has a tendency of family aggregation and is partly closely related to EBV infection. It mainly relies on imaging tests, such as MRI of nasopharynx and neck, and EBV serology. However, due to its atypical early lesions, it is difficult to differentiate it from other masses of other nature through imaging or nasopharyngoscopy, so it is often necessary to make a clear diagnosis through pathological biopsy of the nasopharyngeal area. Normal sinus CT+nasopharyngeal CT+nasal endoscopy+EBV examination is not enough to completely exclude nasopharyngeal cancer, and pathologic biopsy is the gold standard for diagnosis.
