Scattered small nodule-like nodules in both lungs are mainly seen in hematogenous lung metastases, tuberculosis, cancerous lymphadenitis, silicosis and so on. Treatment should be carried out according to the specific causes, and the treatment methods include: anti-tumor treatment, anti-tuberculosis treatment, anti-fibrosis treatment and so on. 1. Hematogenous pulmonary metastases: their nodules are usually multiple and of different sizes, more often distributed in the middle and lower lung fields of both lungs. Most of them have the history of primary tumor, and some of them can be seen bone destruction and pleural effusion at the same time on chest CT. It belongs to middle and late stage cancer, and the general treatment modes include chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted drug therapy, biotherapy, immunotherapy, and so on. 2. Tuberculosis with granularity: the size of nodule shadow is even or unequal, the edge is clear or slightly fuzzy, and small patchy and fibrous cord shadows can be seen. Its treatment generally takes anti-tuberculosis treatment, commonly used drugs are isoniazid, rifampicin, pyrazinamide, ethambutol and so on. 3. Silicosis: mostly small nodules with a diameter of 2~5mm and fuzzy or clear edges, located in the center of lobules or under the pleura, with diffuse distribution of nodules, mostly in the upper lobes and the posterior part of lungs. The treatment is usually symptomatic and antifibrotic, and common drugs include Cirsiline, Pirfenidone, Nidanib and so on. Scattered nodules in both lungs may also have other causes, such as multicentric bronchioloalveolar carcinoma, etc. Therefore, if you find scattered nodules in both lungs, you should go to a hospital with experience in diagnosis and treatment in a timely manner, so as to clarify the cause and nature of nodules under the guidance of specialists, and for the nodules that cannot be clarified, you should cooperate with doctors to actively conduct regular review and follow-up. Blind self-medication should be avoided. The above drugs should be used under the guidance of a physician.
